Government Sales Rep

  •  Develop long term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
  • Manage expansion while working with Strategic Government Account Manager on opportunities and renewals for Federal agencies and Government Integrators.
  • Analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage
  • Contact customers and resellers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term account health and relationships; Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness 
  • Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success
  • Use Salesforce and another sales enablement tools

To be a Government ISR you need...

  • 1+ years of Federal Government sales experience
  • Experience in managing and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Quota carrying experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
