We are working with a UK startup that is about to hire its first US sales team. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast paced startup environment. Our client has revolutionized medical assessments and evaluations with AI and machine learning. This will be a hunter role.
Your role
- Create new leads and follow up on existing leads to generate and close sales opportunities
- Foster and leverage relationships to create new sales opportunities
- Develop pipeline of referral resources
- Monthly forecast planning, budget management, and sales reporting
- Provide demos for potential customers
- Contribute to team development by sharing best practices
- Pre and post sale followup
- Attend periodic trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3-5+ years in sales in a healthcare or emerging technology environment
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of success
- Hunter mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain the complex products in an understandable way to audiences at various levels
