National Account Manager

  • Fostering existing business relations to grow sales and profitability by detailed account planning (yearly promotion planning, target setting) or by creating individual programs and marketing customized for each partner
  • Initiating new business relations with sales partners in Region (channel partners)
  • Quick and reliable processing of customer inquiries and product information
  • Growing sales and developing business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and by introducing new products– act as a trusted advisor to current and potential customers
  • Independently managing strategic customer discussions, identify customer needs and pain points, prepare quotations and finalizing contract negotiations
  • Post Sales Management: customer follow-up and/or visits to collect feedback after completion of sales process
  • Provide regular product and solution demos, information and updates to the marketplace
  • Secure regular feedback-loop on market developments and competitor activities for deriving future market positioning activities
  • In-depth weekly analysis of sales performance, target-oriented follow-up and achievement of sales goals
  • Attending tradeshows, exhibitions, congresses to effectively demonstrate products/solutions and to develop new customer leads
  • Accurate monthly forecast planning
  • Budget responsibility
  • Regular reports and data input in company CRM system
