Business Development Representative

We are looking for high-energy driven professionals with natural sales instincts, strong technical aptitude and great attention to detail. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance, naturally curious and passionate as well as highly motivated self-starters. Our BDR’s research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, provide immediate and high-quality interactions and identify sales opportunities. As a BDR you will take detailed notes, use your business acumen to identify how company could help a business grow and successfully position company value proposition.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate the sales pipeline by monitoring all inbound channels and proactively respond to leads
  • Dissect, grade and qualify prospective customers
  • Own initial introduction with prospective customers
  • Articulate and understand the breadth of Company's product offerings
  • Understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new potential customers
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospective customers for the organization

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience or a keen desire to begin a career in sales
  • A proven track record of high achievement
  • Excellent writing, communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
