We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to Join our team. We currently have both full and part time positions available. This is a recruiting position that will focus on filling open sales, marketing, and management positions within our existing client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and utilize sourcing tools and resources to recruit qualified sales candidates, including LinkedIn, job websites, professional networks and referrals.
- Consult and partner with managers on the recruitment process, strategy, and expectations.
- Screen and present most qualified candidates to hiring manager.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0 to 4 years of agency recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- sales experience a plus
- Experienced user of LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Ability to partner with customers and meet customer needs
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills
- Resourceful and results-driven
- Strong organizational skills
