Sales Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their rapidly growing team! You will be responsible for assisting account managers and customers by providing product and service information, pricing, project status and delivery updates.

Responsibilities
  • Working alongside account executives and technical staff to help manage strategic customer relationships
  • Help manage open sales opportunities and provide forecast/pipeline updates to our OEM partnerships and the management team
  • Using various tool sets and templates to put together customer-facing proposals
  • Order entry and order follow-up with distribution and OEMs
  • Post-sales order tracking
  • Help manage maintenance contracts and renewal opportunities
     
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in a sales support or inside sales operations role
  • A clear understanding of the channel sales model and the role of a reseller
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com (or a similar CRM
