- Support with Dealer Loyalty Program

- General marketing support (inventory, POS material, participating in calls, shipping of samples etc.)
- Lead management and Database management:
- Handling of requests (from general inboxes, websites, tradeshows etc.) via Salesforce and pass them on to sales
- Support sales team with Salesforce task handling
- Run reports out of Salesforce
- Data update in Salesforce
- Support sales team with data maintenance and reporting
- Improve database usage
- Reception desk for external visitors and mail couriers
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Min. 2 years of task related experience
- High proficiency with MS Office applications
- Experience in using a CRM-tool (Salesforce or equivalent) of advantage
- Strong administrative skills
- Interest in new technologies and technological products / services
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven record as teamplayer
